Bookings can be made by telephone or email. However, our online booking system is specially designed to assist us in ensuring that your needs are fully met and this is, therefore, the preferred mode of inquiry.

Breakfast accommodations will be provided at 9 am in the dining areas.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AT MOONSTONE MANOR

Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 3 pm and 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. Late arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangements only. We understand there may be delays. Please call us at 717.224.0472 or Email innkeepers@moonstonemanor.com if you are running late so we can plan accordingly and wait for you.

Bed & Breakfast guests are required to check out no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Later checkout will result in the charging of a levy equal to one day's accommodation rate.

Note: Overnight wedding clients who are assigned to bridal suites (Conewago Crescent Room, Amelia Earhart Suite, Anastasia Suite) must check out of and have all personal belongings removed from their suite no later than 8:oo AM on day of departure. Overnight wedding clients staying in all other suites must check out of and have all personal belongings removed from their suite no later than 9:oo AM on day of departure.

SMOKING
For the comfort of our guests, smoking is ONLY allowed OUTSIDE in designated areas. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of stay and a minimum of $500 damages fee. This includes buying new mattresses, changing the carpet, and sterilizing the room.

VALUABLES
Moonstone Manor does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or to their visitors.

It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Moonstone Manor.

This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops, or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash, and vehicles.

GENERAL INDEMNITY FOR ACCOMMODATIONS
Whilst every care has been taken by Moonstone Manor to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodations, Moonstone Manor does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

LOSS OF DAMAGE TO MOONSTONE MANOR ACCOMMODATIONS
Should Moonstone Moonstone Manor suffer any loss or damage as a result of or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
PETS
Moonstone Manor apologizes that we do not accept pets at this time

CHILDREN: We welcome children over the age of 12 years old.

RIGHTS OF ADMISSION RESERVED
Moonstone Manor, at all times, reserve the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights. Should Moonstone Manor at any time need to exercise the right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:
The full amount will be charged at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking will be non-refundable after 48 hours of the initial reservation. For reservations cancelled 30 days before your stay, no refunds will be issued.

In the event, you must cancel your reservation with us, Moonstone Manor policy requires all cancellation requests to be submitted in writing to the following email address only: innkeepers@moonstonemanor.com or call us directly.
